If you are carrying grief, trauma, relationship pain, or a difficult relationship with food or your body, therapy can be a place to feel less alone and begin understanding what has helped you survive — and what may no longer be serving you.
Rosie Nebel works with adults, teens, and families from a relational and trauma-informed perspective. She specializes in eating disorders, trauma, grief, and attachment, with a particular focus on how eating disorders and trauma can overlap. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, trust, collaboration, and honest connection.
Rosie’s goal is to connect as a human first and a therapist second. She does not see clients as a list of problems to solve, but as whole people with stories, strengths, relationships, and experiences that matter. In sessions, Rosie brings warmth, humor, curiosity, kindness, compassion, and integrity. She helps clients set goals together, move at a pace that feels right, and maintain open communication throughout the process.
Rosie uses attachment-based therapy, EMDR, ACT, and DBT to help clients better understand themselves, process painful experiences, and build skills for daily life. Clients can expect a therapist who is authentic, open-minded, and collaborative — someone who honors that no one knows you better than you know yourself.
Outside of the therapy room, Rosie loves hiking, yoga, trying new restaurants with friends, spending time with family, and relaxing at home with her two cats, Penelope and Biscuit.
