If you've been through something painful — whether it's a single traumatic event or years of experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world — you already know it affects more than just your emotions. Trauma shows up in your relationships, your body, and the way you move through daily life. You don't have to keep pushing through it alone.

I'm Rob Fitzpatrick, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people heal from trauma and reclaim their lives. I've worked across inpatient treatment, community mental health, and private practice settings, which has given me a deep understanding of how trauma impacts individuals and the systems around them.

My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based methods, including: • EMDR (Levels 1 & 2) — helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they lose their emotional grip • Trauma-Focused CBT — builds practical skills for managing trauma-related thoughts, feelings, and behaviors • Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics — addresses how trauma affects brain development and functioning

I believe healing isn't about forgetting what happened — it's about no longer being controlled by it. My goal is to help you move from surviving to genuinely thriving in all areas of your life.

I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor for recently graduated therapists working toward full licensure, which keeps me connected to the latest developments in our field.

I see clients at our Nashville and Brentwood locations. If you're ready to take the first step, I'd welcome the chance to talk. Reach out to schedule a consultation.
