If you are feeling anxious, burned out, disconnected from yourself, or weighed down by past experiences, therapy can be a place to slow down and begin making sense of what is happening beneath the surface.

Cailyn Currie works with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and identity development. She brings a holistic, humanistic approach to counseling, paying close attention to each client’s emotions, inner experience, and personal story. Her style is empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental.

Cailyn draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, client-centered therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She helps clients identify patterns, clarify what matters most, and take practical steps toward growth while honoring the complexity of their lived experience.

Cailyn also has a specialty interest in working with people connected to the entertainment and touring industries. She understands that creative and performance-centered careers can bring unique stressors, including burnout, uncertainty, pressure, travel, and identity questions.

Clients should expect someone who is truly in their corner — a counselor who wants the best for them, is willing to sit with hard things, and will walk alongside them so they do not have to do the work alone.

Outside of counseling, Cailyn enjoys concerts, movies, and spending time outdoors.
